Keith was dispatched out to help address clogged pipes for our bathroom. Toilet wasn’t flushing and bathtub wasn’t draining. He came in and was professional. Addressed the issue and snaked the main pipe. Spent about 2 and a half hours snaking the drain. Thoroughly explained what he did and what happened. Foreign object, nothing came out on our end but a lot of scale was scraped and cleaned. Problem was solved after Kieth finished.
