“I have been going to this doctor named Dr Johnson and she is very kind and generous and very professional and positive I have been seeing her since I was born so 19 years and 19 years later and she’s still amazing and the nurse that works with her currently I’ve been seeing her since 2019 her name is Domenica she’s so sweet she always talks to me when we see each other and she will never fail to make me happy and she’ll never fail to make you happy and she will always talk to you whenever you see her and she’s amazing and if you ever need shots I would definitely recommend having Domenica give you your shots“

“I had the first appointment of the day with my PCP. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, which wasn't hard to do since I live nearby. However, my PCP was 20 minutes late. Traffic, I guess. I actually heard her come in so she wasn't just sitting in the office somewhere. I like this office for convenience but if I'm expected to be early, I at least expect the doctor to be on time, especially if they are only spending 10 minutes with me. I was there for my annual physical exam and was told to undress even though I wasn't there for a well woman exam. I do a well woman with my OB/Gyn. Well, it would have been nice to know I didn't need to undress completely. Needless to say, I was examined and then I was given a referral to a specialist when my request for additional testing was denied. The specialist would need to order the additional tests, according to my doctor. I left with my lab order for bloodwork a little miffed that I had to make another appointment but such is the state of the healthcare system these days.“

“What a wonderful experience! After being a member of Kaiser for the last 6 years I had forgotten what good medical care truly meant. Every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic, from being greeted by the front desk, to Pricilla who did my intake and addressing my medical history with Dr. Datsetan! She was professional and knowledgeable and you could tell she truly cares about her patients!
