“Randy does superb work and is a" jack-of-all-trades" as a contractor. Along with doing repairs on our house for the past 15-years, Randy has done steady work for many of our neighbors. A few months ago, Randy did a magnificent job laying out the concrete for our driveway. More recently, he has painted an office in our home, as well as painting the outside deck. In addition, he added a long wooden railing around the deck. Randy is prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a seasoned contractor.“

The showroom was recently updated and they have many samples to look at along with catalogs to go through. They work with all the top window and door vendors. We were given several options and prices of different products and different types of material and availability. Grady and Tony are very personable and knowledgeable. “I renovated my bathroom and got estimates from 4 different places. I landed on Starlite because the products they were suggesting were similar to all of the other places, they responded quickly and repeatedly, and they were just NICE to me, the power of which is under appreciated apparently by many who took forever to respond. My shower doors are beautiful and excellent quality. The woman I worked with, Karla, was so patient. I was indecisive and kinda pain, but she didn't seem to get tired of me (or at least she didn't act like it). The guys who came in for measurements and installation were very friendly and professional. The price was the best and I have no regrets. If, heaven forbid, I have to do another bathroom or any other glass service, I'd be back.“

“I had a great experience with Trouble Free Skylights. Our 15+ year old skylight needed replacing and we called Trouble Free. Our appt was scheduled for the same week we called and Stewart, the sales rep, arrived early. He was neat and professional and really answered the questions I had about our new skylight. He gave us a very clear idea of when we should expect the skylight to arrive and be installed so we were pleasantly surprise when Claudia contacted us to install earlier than expected. Joaquin, the installer, arrived the very next day and put in the next skylight. Because the sizing was slightly different than our existing unit, he made some changes and it's working great. It's raining as I write this review and the roof is in EXCELLENT shape around where the installation occurred. Highly recommended.“

“This place is amazing for your window pane needs!!! Home Depot AND Lowe's did not carry glass in the size I needed. From their pricing tiers, it would have cost more than coming to this locally owned small business!! This place really saved me because other small businesses were going to charge up to $40 for relatively small glass dimensions I wanted, this business only charged me $20 :)The cutting was included and the guy was nice enough to sand the edges for me for free :)Local vandals break the windows of our small local businesses on Beverly Blvd. We should help keep our small businesses safe and give them more business when we can.I'm glad The big box stores didn't carry my glass size, or I never would have found this awesome window store.“
