My partner and I discovered Reproductive Fertility Center with the help of my mother and were excited to get started after seeing the company's presence on the web. So, I was chatting with my mom about wanting to have a baby, and she googled fertility clinics. This was the first one, and my wife liked the website and the information they had on same-sex couples, so we went! Our fertility journey with RFC to be one of strong support and over time...the entire staff felt like family!!My fertility journey at RFC was amazing! We didn't want to leave. We even asked Dr. Lin if he could deliver the baby because we loved our experience at RFC so much! Lori was our coordinator, and Nettie was our second coordinator. They know what they are doing. Dr. Lin is excellent. Don't worry about reaching out to them. They are always a phone call away!! We are now 7 months pregnant with our miracle baby thanks to everyone at RFC!! I would highly, highly recommend!!

I went to RFC Alhambra location for IVF treatment and have done twice there. Through the whole process, I was most impressed by Florrie- the billing manager who helped me a lot to fix and fight with my insurance provider to alleviate huge pressure on financial side. This review is mainly for her. There were a lot of overwhelming documents, bills, charges, and terms from my insurance provider. Florrie always explained well to make me understand. Besides that, she did her best to communicate with the insurance provider for their responsibility and suggested ways to involve in related parties to solve issues. Without her I am sure I would have to pay way more than I should. Thanks Florrie!

Reproductive Fertility Center with the brilliant Dr. Lin at the helm deserves many accolades. As I write this review, I am now 5 months pregnant! Every single member of the RFC team that helped us along this journey and deserve their own review. This write up is dedicated specifically to Florrie, who's professional, compassionate approach made a huge difference in how we perceived the financial burden of numerous fertility treatments. Florrie tirelessly advocated for us with our insurance company and multiple vendors like anesthesiology and phlebotomy lab, provided us with payment options and educated us on the process. As a result of her efforts we saved money and had a piece of mind throughout our fertility journey. Thank you Florrie and the entire RFC team.
