Gloria listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. she told me exactly how she would represent my home and deliver a sale based on what I wanted. she gave me space by not calling and bothering me every day while I was getting my house presentable, based on her suggestions. When I finally signed with Gloria, she was on it. Within days she had the home professionally cleaned, inside and out, and then had it professionally staged. Even after accepting an offer (after only 1 week), she continued to hold open houses to secure backup offers. Within approximately 40 days from signing escrow closed and I received my funds.
