On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. “My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Found this place on a Google search and prayed the reviews were right, and they were! I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. It was an easy fix but was worried a plumber would lie and say it was a big job. I called A-1 and they sent someone the next day! Guillermo A. was the technician. He was so professional, nice and honest!!! Instead of coming to just give me a quote he fixed my pipes in 30 minutes! And didn't pretend that it was a bigger issue. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. “Kitchen sink plugged in my dad's house in East Los Angeles. Tried everything. Made a call to Mr. Rooter and the woman (Vivian?) was so nice. She said she would have someone over in 30 minutes. ADAM arrived in 30 minutes. He was professional, give an estimate (great price) and went to work. He cleared the pipe and cleaned up after the work was done. He was so wonderful! I wish I could give ADAM more than 5 stars. You are lucky to have a hardworking young man like him work for your company. Thank you for the excellent customer service!“

“First of all, we are grateful for Yelp reviews! Someone had written a review on here about their Noritz tankless heater that stopped working, that was flashing a 903 error code, which was exactly the problem we had! (We didn't buy this heater; it came with the house so we had no idea what to do) To be honest, it was tricky to get in touch and confirm an appointment time. Their voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave a voice message. Shortly after hanging up, I received a text message "Can I call you later?" - No name attached (I usually delete/ignore/block texts from people I don't know!) and it so happened that I had their Yelp page open so I knew who the number was from. After some back and forth by text, it was confirmed that they would show up on Monday afternoon at 3. By 3.30pm, nobody had showed or communicated, so I reached out and they said they were running late and would come at 5-6pm. By 6.30pm nobody had communicated and they were still not here so I reached out again and said they needed another hour due to traffic. I had been sitting around at home waiting for 4 hours already, so you can imagine how stressful this was. We hadn't showered in 3 days and I wasn't sure if the technician was really going to show up. Eventually the technicians showed up - it was already dark, and got the job done. They did a full service and repair. Everything went smoothly after this. Although I wish they had not said one time and showed up 4 hours later, and were better at updating me on delays, we were so relieved to have hot water again, that all is forgiven and we are happy. Yes, we will be calling on this company again for the annual servicing, because they are clearly experts at this work, and would recommend them if you have a Noritz tankless water heater.“
