“Very friendly people and really good songs to listen to while waiting. One downfall, they need a bigger waiting area for clients. Overall 5 stars.“

Myofascial Release Center Physical Therapists

“I discovered the MFR Center when my chronic SI joint pain became unbearable and was significantly affecting my quality of life. Before coming here, I tried several treatments, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and trigger point injections in my lower back and hip, but nothing provided lasting relief. It felt like I had exhausted all options, and I was starting to lose hope. Then I met Eric at MFR. After one session with him, I couldn't believe the difference--I experienced a level of relief I hadn't felt in years. Over the past six months of working with Eric, his techniques have truly transformed my body. His approach is not only highly skilled but also incredibly intuitive. He knows exactly how to target the root of the pain and release it in a way that no other treatment had achieved. Eric's kindness, deep knowledge, and calming presence make every session something I look forward to. He takes the time to understand my body's specific needs, adjusting his techniques as needed to ensure I get the best results. I always leave feeling lighter, freer, and significantly better than when I walked in. Thanks to Eric, I no longer suffer from the debilitating pain that once ruled my life. I've regained mobility in my SI joint and hip area, and my overall quality of life has improved dramatically. I can move freely again, without fear of pain holding me back. I'm so grateful to Eric and the MFR Center.“

AIM Physical Therapy, Inc. Physical Therapists

“AIM Physical Therapy is not like most P.T. providers. When you go to AIM for treatment you are going to get one hour of undivided attention from Dr. Justin Chuck, including diagnosis, hands-on therapy, exercise, stretching, and mobility work. The business model of every P.T. I have ever been to involves a limited amount of actual attention from the licensed therapist, then a longer period of exercise, stretches, etc, working with the therapist's assistant or assistants. This allows the therapist to see several patients an hour while having a lot, or usually, the majority of the actual work done by lower-paid assistants working under the therapist's supervision. Not Justin. As I said, he will work with you personally for the entire appointment. He was able to make progress in 2 visits on a shoulder condition that had steadily worsened. for a couple of years. I had previously seen a physician and two different P.T.'s, with not only no improvement, but steady worsening of the condition. I am finally feeling like I am seeing someone who is going to restore some real function to my shoulder, and if I develop any other condition, he is the first person I plan to see. I couldn't recommend him more sincerely.“

“The front desk can be busy, but it’s worth it. Not only my personal physical therapist, but everyone there has such compassion, patience, snd care. I’ve been to physical therapist before and none have been as knowledgeable and helpful. It’s been a long road, but I’m really getting better. My therapist, Jack is so knowledgeable every time I visit he shows me exercises tailored just for me and my continuing progress.“

“Here is part 2 of my review since the first one was too long to contain in one post.

Dr Wise, the on site optometrist, created a new prescription for me that shifted my visual perception to the left to prevent my eye from turning inwards to the right. I picked up my new prism glasses from the store the next day and was shocked. Placing my tongue on the roof of my mouth no longer caused my body to launch itself forward into forward head posture! I noticed while trying out the restaurants in Lincoln that it became easier for me to eat and even easier for me to speak. After addressing my vision the next thing they did was address my teeth. I met with Dr. Meagan Hungerford who collaborated with Jason Masek to create a splint for me called a MOOO which is designed to help me sense more of my left molars. These tools helped me perform the PRI exercises more efficiently and at the end of 3 days I made more progress with my breathing than I had in 3 years of pursuing sleep apnea surgeries.

I came back home from Nebraska with a brand new understanding of myself and what my challenges were. I wasn’t completely fixed but the glasses and splint were able to restore a basic level of functionality to my life. I was finally able to get a job, pay off my medical debt, and my student loans. These were huge stepping stones for me because the complications I faced from jaw surgery were so severe they prevented me from starting my career. I continued to do the PRI exercises at home but progress was slow and I knew I needed to follow up with Loc to get reassessed.

I didn’t see Loc again until June of 2024 almost a year and a half after our first initial appointment. I told him about my experience with the PRIME program and shared what I learned from Ron Hruska. Loc has been able to effectively guide me throughout my rehabilitation more efficiently thanks to the tools I received in Nebraska. I have been making progress much faster once I started seeing him regularly and performing the exercises he gives me at home. He has a way of identifying exactly what the problem areas are and it always surprises me how he seems to know it almost immediately.

I didn’t think it would be possible for anyone to help me given the obscurity of the neuromuscular symptoms I had been dealing with but I was wrong. I’m beyond grateful to have Loc who is considered to be an elite PT even among the other practitioners. Most physical therapists give you exercises, stretches, or massages that may offer temporary relief but aren’t really addressing the root cause of the pain. PRI seeks to influence a persons underlying neurology by addressing sensory contributors to pain like your vision bite or feet. It honestly feels like magic to me at times. I can’t thank Loc enough because once you meet him you will understand that the guy is an absolute machine freak of nature when it comes to movement. If I could redo things over again I wish I could have came to him first.“

“I have been attending this Select Therapy location off and on for over (6) years for my bilateral knees. I love it here. They make sure you work hard and keep you a good amount of time to help your strength increase. Billie, my phenomenal therapist gives quality care. He makes sure each week your mental and physical shape is capable of the exercises he gives you. You get one-on-one time with your therapist which is beautiful. You start with a warm-up by riding a stationary bike, or treadmill. You then do your numerous strengthening exercises. After that, the therapist works on your injured body party with his hands and equipment to help stretch out your tight muscles, pain, etc. You then are iced with ice pads for (10) minutes. Great place for work hardening, or regular physical therapy if you are serious about your recovery. You will truly benefit from their therapy sessions. All the staff is helpful and very nice. The place is clean and they sanitize all equipment, beds, balls, belts, etc. after each person uses it. That's a big plus for me. I like that they sanitize everything it makes you feel safe. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.,“

Tyler Physical Therapy & Pilates Physical Therapists

“I've been to many different physical therapists in my lifetime, but no one has ever been as good as John M. at Tyler. Hands down, he is absolutely the best -- his vast knowledge, ability to explain things and therapeutic approaches are second to none. He's intuitive, energetic and very personable. I've been going to John at Tyler for PT on my shoulder and my hip, and I'm seeing excellent results. I've also worked with Austin, the occupational therapist at Tyler, who has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing I really appreciate about Tyler PT is that they schedule you in for an entire hour with your therapist. Most of the other PT places I've been too shuttle you from one person to another, there's a lack of continuity and I think that negatively affects the quality of care. Not so at Tyler -- their one-on-one approach creates focused and intensive PT sessions that I find immensely helpful. The front office person is also quite helpful and very competent. I highly recommend Tyler PT, and especially John M.“

“I came here after a calf muscle strain, a bad one. Crutches for the 1st 2 weeks! They turned me around really fast, got the swelling down, gave me some excellent exercises, got my strength back, and I'm now back to normal, except for needing to get back training! Highly recommended.“
