About LA Fitness
LA Fitness is a business that provides a wide range of amenities at a great value, including state-of-the-art equipment, various group fitness classes, basketball courts, pools, saunas, and a Kids Klub. The personal trainers are known for their friendliness and helpfulness in creating personalized training programs. Garret, in particular, is noted for his professionalism and care, working with clients of all ages and needs. The business is praised for its relentless tactics in providing excellent service, as customers have reported positive experiences and seen results from their personal training sessions. However, some customers have expressed concerns about safety in the locker rooms, advising others to be cautious with their belongings. The establishment is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, though there are mixed feelings about the head trainer and some training area policies.
Garret at LA Fitness in Alhambra, is a treasure. He is my special needs trainer and works also with my 75 years old Dad; even though that my Dad doesn't speak any English, he really enjoys his time with Garret ( He is very professional, empathetic, cheerful and very caring)
Thank you Garret!
You are the BEST!
Gym equipment is good. Be careful in the locker rooms. Someone was watching me as I unlocked my locker in the mens bathroom. When I was working out, they went into my locker and stole my credit and debit cards, then they locked my locker back up like nothing happened. I recommend either protecting your lock as you use it so no one else can see it or don't leave anything valuable in your locker.
Great Place, Housekeeping does an EXCELLENT job, keeping the gym clean and fresh smelling instead of a sweaty gym smell.
Music videos are nice.
But the second Alhambra and Monterey Park locations MUST reopen somewhere near their original locations.
Because this place is sometimes TOO popular and TOO crowded.
LA Fitness is trying hard and aggressively to get new members, but if they continue to get new members and don't reopen more locations, they're going to lose existing members.
This is the SGV, the 626, a high density part of Greater Los Angeles.
This area warrants MORE , not less locations
