Like many places in SGV (not including restaurants), the employees here are usually very nice, but the customers are either rude or very strange so that they make you feel uncomfortable. The shelves are usually welll stocked and organized so that you can quickly find what you want. Sometimes there are lines at the registers and there is only one person and other times there are lines even with two registers open. The service at the ice cream counter is usually pretty good, but sometimes it can be challending to get help when the same person is doing the front register and the ice cream counter at the same time. Austin, the pharmacist, deserves recognition for his dedication and exceptional customer service. He provided invaluable assistance with my dog's medication, taking the time to thoroughly explain the medication's usage and even pointing out something I hadn't noticed. Thank you, Austin, for your outstanding service!

This Rite Aid Pharmacy was the greatest with Miss Emily as the Pharmacist. She knew all my neighbors by name and her staff followed her lead. They were a great team and because of her they are still great but we, I and many of my neighbors, miss her professionalism in helping us with our health needs. Rite Aid has lost an important member of our Alhambra community. We have been better protected during the Pandemic by her leadership in encouraging us to protect ourselves by getting the vaccine at Rite Aid. The members of her staff continue the tradition that she set. She is sorely missed in our community. Rite Aid has lost a great and loyal employee at this location.
