I don't know why the whole world doesn't go here to get their nails done! Every person who works there is accomodating, lovely and gracious, they always do a perfect job, its sparkling clean, soothing soft music is played, and one can make an appointment. There is a new owner and she is just as wonderful as the previous owner, and nothing has changed. I highly recommend Naveana Nail Salon!

One of my favorite spots, the customer service is great, and they have great treatments for extra spa services offered at this salon. Also there are waxing services which not all salons provide. I highly recommend going to get your nails done here!

My mother had a painful experience here today getting her acrylic nails removed. She was in a lot of pain, and the technician kept going without checking in. She continued to rip the acrylic nail off even though it wasn't coming off and kept insisting that it was because the acrylic nail was "too thick." She ripped a part of the nail off, and instead of apologizing, she just had someone else come clean up her mess. My mom loves this nail salon and the technician, but it's a shame that a nail salon rated so highly uses such horrendous methods in its procedures. This probably happened because the first technician was too rushed to care. In the future, if you're too busy, turn clients away. No amount of money is worth causing damage to others and ruining their experience.
