She has an amazing ability to understand what’s going on with my body—even when I’m not entirely aware myself! I've had several injuries, and since I've been seeing Joyce, I've noticed real improvements. I always leave feeling refreshed and more balanced. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and intuitive therapist!“

Fiona told me that Courtney was very skillful about working with injuries. It was therapeutic and Courtney is super reassuring and very skillful. I look forward to my next massage with Courtney!! Strongly recommend her services!“

1080 Monroe St Ste 110, Albany“I LOVE StretchLab! The Albany shop has the greatest Flexologists known to man or woman!! Ina, Marie, Lucia & Danny have all helped me so much! I initially went in after Kaiser had diagnosed me with IT Band inflammation - Kaiser's solution? Phone session with a Physical Therapist & then sent some videos to watch & follow!! That was IT!
My first session at StretchLab, I had Ina - a trained PT in her home country - who was amazing . . . . .. I literally felt like skipping out of that first session. What I really like about StretchLab is that each Flexer takes notes on your session & condition on that day so when I was unable to book Ina again for awhile - she is so popular! Marie then Lucia then Danny were all able to pick up on my progress & continue the notes!
The management is so responsive & hands on . . . . .Shahria is there almost every time I come in. . . . that is very nice to see! All of the staff are such great folks & I thank the Universe daily for being able to find tham . . . . thanks Kaiser! You did me a favor!“

1532 Solano Ave, Albany“Julia is one of the best masseuse I have ever had! I initially was introduced to her at my chiropractors office after a terrible car accident.
I have been going to her since 2019, and she's super consistent! I like that she touches base with you before, during and after the massage as well. Her approach is tailored to your needs, and I almost always fall asleep or go into a twilight every time she works on me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.“

1225 Solano Ave Suite B, Albany“Laura took such good care of our family during our postpartum period after we welcomed baby #2 to the family. She helped take care of all of our family (including our toddler and dog), allowing me to get the rest I needed. Her expertise as a lactation consultant also made a huge difference in the early days for our breastfeeding journey. I am so grateful to Laura for helping start us off on the right foot as a family of four.“

405 Kains Ave, Albany“I've seen Tank several times and will say that considering them simply an "acupuncturist" is a total undersell. They are a healer that's very passionate about the various modalities of Chinese medicine including acupuncture. In fact, our first session was mostly a qigong session. I had to experience it to believe that I could actually feel them moving qi against me without actually physically touching me, and afterwards I was able to confirm that what I sensed (eyes closed) was what they were doing. It was totally wild. Besides their skills and knowledge, Tank is just such a good listener. I love the first part of our sessions because they really ask good questions and are completely present for the conversation. I can tell they really want to know the whole context to help a person. One thing that Tank is especially good at is being sensitive to sensitive people. I get cold easily and am sensitive to noise, and every time they get the ultra-crinkly mylar blanket to warm me up (it's very light so it doesn't disturb the needles, but also super noisy), they put it on me with exquisite care to ensure the noise isn't detracting from the experience. That is just how they do things - with exquisite care. Highly recommend going to see Tank for holistic care through the lens of Chinese medicine!“
“I have had eight sessions with Joe at Hayama Osteo-Therapy, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude for his expertise, wisdom, and gentle care. My issues have never felt like quick fixes, and yet I feel great progress. The pain throughout my body and the cramping in my feet are gone. I have had a lot of bodywork in my life, but nothing really did the trick until I came to Joe for fascia work. I have enormous respect for him as a healer, and the brilliant method he has mastered. Each week I leave the calm of his office awestruck and happy...already looking forward to the following session. I have not felt this consistently good in years. Joe and Hayama Osteo-Therapy have my highest recommendation, and deepest appreciation.“

514 Kains Ave, Albany“This review is waaaay overdue. I have been going to Joanne for MANY years to help with my various issues. She ALWAYS takes the time to talk to me prior to starting to customize that session to my current needs. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the body and educates me, and shares resources for me to educate myself, on where my issues originate. But most of all - it is almost uncanny how she knows exactly where to touch, every time; as I read in one review - she has magic hands. On top of it all, she is a lovely person to know, to talk with and to see on a regular basis. Highly, Highly Recommend a visit to Joanne!!“

1225 Solano Ave suite c, Albany“Rachel Alkire -- what a gem!! She is one of the most genuine, caring, generous, and thoughtful practitioners I have come across in the medical/healing space. At 38 weeks pregnant I had an acute/urgent issue and even though I hadn't seen her for an appointment in many months, she immediately responded to my message with a phone call and provided a wealth of sage knowledge and advice. Both her kindness and her holistic medical wisdom shine through when you interact with her. Highly recommend.“

1152 Solano Ave # A, Albany“Alexis is a wonderful acupuncture practitioner. His practice feels partially informed by the many years he's spent in practice and study-- while also guided by his wonderful instincts. He is thoughtful and has a gentle touch. I am slowly healing my chronic low back/ hip pain through work with Alexis. I am very grateful to have found this practice!“

405 Kains Ave #103, Albany“Taylor is so good at his craft that he's booked out 7 months. My wife and I have tried many different massage therapists over the years and are very thankful we found Taylor. He's truly the best. We both see him regularly for therapeutic bodywork -- he is incredibly strong, understands body mechanics and leverage, and knows how to find knots you never knew existed and really get in there. The fact that he's also funny, interesting, and can hold a conversation is a bonus!“
11AM - 8PM
1488 Solano Ave, Albany“OMG!!! This was my first ever Thai massage and I am SOLD! I had a 90 minute session that was real body work. There was NO napping here. Cindy was AMAZING! She worked all the knots out in my back and legs...some that I didn't even know that I had. The next day my reach on my swim was at least another inch if not two and my run two days later was fast without even pushing myself. I didn't realize how much I was losing on my speed and endurance from just the tight muscles. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PAIN FREE EXPERIENCE, but it made me feel alive and my body thanked me!!“

After the session was over, my wife said I was so sleepy she could hear me snoring as you picked me up toward the end of my session.“

916A San Pablo Ave, Albany“Dr. Cohen & the team at Innate has genuinely saved my life! If I could give ten stars, I would. I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), and I could not ask for a better chiropractor. I have tried many practitioners who could barely keep me walking, and Dr. Cohen was able to get me out of support braces, stuck in bed most days in pain, and now I am dancing on my feet again! He is not only an excellent chiropractor, but also an incredibly kind, empathetic, and caring person who treats my chronic full-body condition with a gentle, effective, mind-body-spirit approach. The combination of chiropractic, PDTR, NET, and everything else that Dr. Cohen uses has been so effective. The other practitioners I have seen, Dr. Jen, Dr. Furda, Kenny Givens (massage therapist), and Michael Huff (orthobionomy) are all also very excellent, knowledgeable, and kind. Kenny Givens is my favorite medical massage therapist and I always come out of my appointments feeling better! The front desk staff is fantastic as well, Randi especially is so sweet and helpful. I recommend Innate to literally everyone I know, especially my friends with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & other chronic conditions. Thank you so much to everyone at Innate for significantly improving my quality of life!“

10AM - 9PM
1002 Solano Ave, Albany“I came here for a soak, sauna, and massage and enjoyed it greatly. I started off with a soak for an hour, then spent the next amount of time in the sauna. I washed my hair, body, and enjoyed the heat while reading. Then I ended my day with a nice massage. I appreciated the eyes being covered while getting a massage! One thing that would be nice would be some sort of ambient sound, as there wasn't anything. I liked that I was able to get a lot done via texting with someone and get scheduled. It was affordable and enjoyable. I'd come back given the chance!“
