This review is waaaay overdue. I have been going to Joanne for MANY years to help with my various issues. She ALWAYS takes the time to talk to me prior to starting to customize that session to my current needs. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the body and educates me, and shares resources for me to educate myself, on where my issues originate. But most of all - it is almost uncanny how she knows exactly where to touch, every time; as I read in one review - she has magic hands. On top of it all, she is a lovely person to know, to talk with and to see on a regular basis. Highly, Highly Recommend a visit to Joanne!!

Joanne is a true healer and her skills and knowledge have been so helpful in my everyday life ever since I started seeing her. While some massage therapists I've been to have seemed in a rush to get me in/out and onto their next client, Joanne always takes the time to assess and address what my body needs then and there. She is perfect to see when I have specific areas needing extra TLC. Her jovial and light-hearted personality also make my appointments with her all the more enjoyable, plus her space in Albany is quiet, calm, and comforting.

I have so much respect of how professional of Joanna Cosgrove as a massage therapist and health educational provider. I had telephone consultation with her, immediately I know that she could be a person who could help me of my neck and shoulder issues. She has so much knowledge of anatomy and have a great intuitive touch. Definitely I felt relieved of my neck and shoulder pain after 60 minutes session. Thank you so much !!
