We have worked with Hometelligent on several projects including a major renovation of our home, a new roof on another property and a bathroom remodeling project. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the work, our relationship with Silvio and the follow up whenever we had questions or concerns. Hometelligent helped us with our last home - renovating the basement, installing new windows, removing brick face and painting. Then when we decided to sell, Silvio helped figure out what renovations would be best and the best way to do them. In these old Berkeley houses, Silvio's expertise was indispensable. Silvio and his team completed a loft addition and had done a great job. Silvio was very responsive and communicative and kept us in the loop of construction progress. His bid is very detailed and stayed within budget. The framing was efficiently done and they went above and beyond of the original plan to ensure proper and extra reinforcements.
