I have had eight sessions with Joe at Hayama Osteo-Therapy, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude for his expertise, wisdom, and gentle care. My issues have never felt like quick fixes, and yet I feel great progress. The pain throughout my body and the cramping in my feet are gone. I have had a lot of bodywork in my life, but nothing really did the trick until I came to Joe for fascia work. I have enormous respect for him as a healer, and the brilliant method he has mastered. Each week I leave the calm of his office awestruck and happy...already looking forward to the following session. I have not felt this consistently good in years. Joe and Hayama Osteo-Therapy have my highest recommendation, and deepest appreciation.

I was referred to Joe Hayama from a friend. I have been going through a terrible divorce with an abusive husband and found I was living in fight or flight mode for over 6 months. Within two sessions my level of calm and serenity started coming back. I cannot thank Joe and his work enough. Since then my 88-year-old father has been seeing him for weak and painful hamstrings and his work has helped my father walk without pain for the first time in many months. I highly recommend this work.

Joe Hayama's work is nothing short of life changing. After decades of chronic pain from old injuries and surgeries, his care and expertise has completely resolved many long standing issues. He is calm and conscientious, and the office space is very peaceful and clean. In addition to relieving pain, his work also improved my sleep and some chronic digestive issues I've suffered from for years.
