I received a prompt phone call after posting a project request on Yelp. The gentleman told me the local representative would call within 24 hours. Sure enough Jennifer called soon after. After explaining what I needed, she advised that her contractor doesn't like to do this type of job. I appreciated her honesty. She sent me her contact information in case I wasn't able to locate something else.

Steve Morris came to my house to give me a quote on 2 windows in the front of my semi-historic craftsman home. He was on time on a Saturday and drove a long way to quote on this small project. He was very informative and gave me a lot of information on my project. I would love to work with him, but unfortunately, the windows I want do not meet the state requirements for egress, which I knew nothing about until Steve told me. Even knowing that he probably couldn't do the job, he gave me a lot of pointers and suggested I call him with any questions. And he followed up with an email. Whoever is able to work with him will not be sorry.

Bob took the extra time to come over to make sure we got everything perfect before we ordered. I thought I knew what I wanted - but his eagle eye spotted some things I would have regretted later.
