I am grateful that Claudia has helped me work through physical tension in my hip that had been causing me pain for many months. She is also amazingly intuitive about the mind body connection.
I was dealing with a really bad nerve pain all throughout my left body, my left arm and left leg were the pinpoints of painful and unbearable nerve tension I was dealing with for about 4 months. I was feeling hopeless and the last option was to go to the hospital but I did some last minute search and checked what was open on a Monday morning and came across Viva La Vida. If you book a massage with Claudia then you are in for a real treat. She's kind, incredibly intuitive and she makes you feel comfortable, listened to and supported. At the start of each session, Claudia asks what's going on in your body/life so she knows where to focus. I had a lot of pain in my lower back and her gentle and rough (when needed) massage work smoothed it all out. To further help my back, she kindly helped me develop my own stretching/rolling routine to do at home. Every time I get a massage from Claudia I walk away feeling good and with something to meditate upon. She listens with her ears, heart and hands
