Jason is a beast of a trainer and a great guy! I have worked with other trainers over the years, and know that finding the right personal trainer is everything. I've worked with both women and men, some who were like drill sergeants, some who were too coddling, some who were more interested in themselves than their clients, and some who treat every client the same with a cookie-cutter approach to fitness. Jason is none of these. I thought I was reasonably fit when I began to train with Jason but we made immense progress over the past couple of years. His training has given me strength, great muscle definition, better endurance, has helped enhance my chosen sports, and also has given me more confidence. He is relaxed and easy to talk to, but at the same time doesn't let you get away with being a wimp. He has been very sensitive to scheduling needs, and is always very protective to be sure his clients don't sustain injuries. His gym is clean, well-equipped and quiet and in an awesome location for outdoor training. His training packages are priced really well, and sessions are 75 minutes long, not the usual 50 minutes that you get at most gyms. He is also a great role model for what he preaches, being very fit and active himself, and focused on nutrition and bodywork. I have moved away from the Bay Area so no longer get to train regularly with Jason, but when I am visiting the area, we always squeeze in a session or two, just to keep me on track. An all-around super guy. I highly recommend him!
