The people here are nice and they give haircuts that look good, but they are bad at following references and listening to you. I came in with long hair past my shoulders and asked for bangs and they cut off all my hair down to just past my ears.
Love this place! Never was a fan, but I needed a cut bad and same day, so I booked online. I was running late that day because of Alameda parking problems, so I called AND someone answered the phone. I prepared myself by shampooing and conditioning my own hair to save time. The place was clean and the staff are extremely friendly! I strongly recommend this place for that in a rush service you may need!
When my husband had hair in the late 90s he went there. Now we take the boys there. They recognize him still. Always w a smile. Professional. Clean. Easy to work with. Not aggressive or scary for my younger one. Always a lollipop, even for the teen. Highly recommend. These women are good humans. Had a hard pandemic.
