If you are looking for someone who really knows the anatomy, physiology and techniques to really fix your issues, you’ve found it. This isn’t relaxing massage giving you temporary relief. It is medical massage that is finding areas of dysfunction and reseting/retraining them so that proper function can be restored. I was clear going in that my hip and inguinal pain was not a quick fix and I am so happy to have found Felix to set me up for success! I left with significantly less pain, more range of motions AND relief in areas I was ignoring were dysfunctional. Specifically, I can breath deeper, my digestion was moving along, my mid and low back are more at ease. Felix explains how these areas are all interrelated and what further work would be useful (I asked). Some other info: you leave your clothes on, Felix always asks if it is ok to move clothing or touch near sensitive areas. I felt very safe and comfortable with him.
