We have had an on and off rat problem over the past couple of years. Marichal quickly took care of that. He also handled the proofing where they had been accessing our property. Overall Marichal was professional, timely, and thorough. It was definitely a pleasure having him on the job. His pricing is very reasonable as well. We had several estimates of the job prior to hiring him. The others were literally thousands of dollars more. And he was able to take care of the job at a fraction of those other estimates. I couldn't recommend Marichal more for any rat issues you may have!

We had a seriosu ant infestation. Marichal was the only service thjat came write away...He treated the perimeter and spot treated locations where we had seen entry. More than a week later, no ants whatsoever. Quick and easy to work with. We have alos engages him for conrolling spiders and rodents. Will update when we see how it goes. Recommend Marichal he is able to leverage his training with one of the national est control services to have his own very responsive business.
