Kim's was able to accommodate me for a basic manicure with no appointment today. It got real busy for a few minutes, and I think Kim might have regretted her decision, but in the end all customers were taken care of with professionalism. My manicurist was very meticulous, checking with me every step of the way to be sure I was satisfied with the shape and color of my nails. Wonderful experience, highly recommend with no hesitation!
Cleanliness: What I saw of the salon was very clean.

Well, I love the massage, the colors, the spa, how they took me in even though they were crowded. The lady was super nice and comforting. They even did my nails with fungus. All very clean. Very professional. A bit steep for just toe nails but I think they might have a mani-pedi special I can't remember. They cleaned/sterilized right after someone left. They used gloves.
Cleanliness: Incredibly clean and sanitary.

I love Kim’s! I’ve seen Kim’s kindness with elderly clients. She was on her knees taking care of a woman in a wheel chair. It’s always a joyful experience getting my nails done there.
