Katy is an incredible massage therapist with a warm, grounding presence. Her Alameda space (centrally located mid-island within the charming Good Witch Wellness ) is beautiful, soothing and sanitary. Katy deeply listens to what it is you and your body need and her massage quickly melts away any tension. Based on what I was looking for Katy combined foot reflexology, gentle yet effective deeper tissue work and soothing swedish strokes, for a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Katy is so well attuned to her clients, offering suggestions to breathe and let go of what you don't need in a way that's unobtrusive and healing. Go see Katy for your next massage - your body and spirit will thank you!!
