“Lisa and her team were simply fantastic from the beginning to the completion of our project. Lisa posses keen insights into kitchen layout as well as taking into account the style of the house and the style and preferences of her clients. Our house is a 1920s house in Alameda with many quirks. Lisa came up with a curved countertop to address the funky architecture and it is one of the best features of the kitchen. We've never had someone so involved in managing a project, choosing materials, colours, and touches. Lisa brought in excellent contractors who were respectful, professional, and timely. The project also came in right on budget, which we've never experienced before. Lisa is an excellent guide and sounding board through the whole process. Our experience was excellent and we would do another project with her in a heartbeat!“

“Working with the ODS team of Alan, Philip, Dmitry, Carina and Toune made a potentially overwhelming process smooth and manageable - which led to a once in a lifetime, fantastic result. We love the home they designed. After helping with contractor selection, they provided high quality of service, thoughtful architectural and interior design advice, and a very high quality of build home.We did a whole house renovation, using both ODS’s architectural and interior design teams. Our house needed a lot of help on the inside and outside. The process started with giving the architects a “wish list” of what we were looking for, and with that they gave us two plans to look at. It was eye-opening to see the conceptual drawings. From there we selected a base plan that evolved as part of the design and build process. Working within our budget, ODS “value engineered” a design that gave us the look and feel we wanted while bringing down the building cost. As a result of collaborative work among ODS, our GC and us, in the end the final design and product was even better than the original concept design that we started with.What could have been better? Not much. Designing in built-in window treatments and working with ODS earlier in the process was probably one aspect that might have worked more smoothly if we went back and did it again. As an overall matter, we would not hesitate to recommend the ODS team. We absolutely love our house and nearly one year later, still remark almost daily on some aspect or design that reminds us of what a great house they were able to build.“

“I had our family room drape lining replaced. The. Lining disintegrated after having it dry cleaned because of over 10 years sun exposure. Castro Valleydry cleaner person recommended calling Victor from California drapes.They were busy during the holidays but I called again this month and they able to do the work.It took about 2 weeks to have it done. Victor even placed hooks so it waseasy for me to hang it.I called other drapery stores and California drapes was the only shop to relive my curtains. I am happy with the work they did.Thank you because it saved me a lot of money and my curtains look great!“

“I used Viscera Studio to jump start our new business. We focused on photos for our social media platforms that would tell the story of who we are and what we were about. I was so pleased with the images and Viscera even uploaded them with great captions so that I could easily post them with the click of a button. We used more of Viscera Studio's photos for our website which they designed. The job came complete with a tutorial for how to manipulate the website from the back-end. Great style and great people!“

“We hired Build Group to take our dirt yard and build corten metal pathways and to build a concrete slab. Fidel walked through with me and gave me a bid after crunching the numbers. I got two other bids from existing crews I have used and hired Build the next day. They got to work immediately, and they were the most professional team we have had working here.
