This place takes care of all my boot repairs for years now. He even restitched me daughters boots he repaired that had come undone for free as a warranty. He typically fixes my repair needs super fast that I would miss the pickup date. Give it a try, you might just find yourself a go-to shoe repair shop.
Polite, professional, capable and fast service! Went to Instant Shoe Care 2 days ago, and already (in October 2022) repaired. It was a unique job too: to resew the shoulder strap onto my 30 year old Italian leather messenger bag.
Very friendly service. Turn around time was excellent and the quality of the work was great.I gave a 3 star rating because I was asked to pay before the work was done. Did not understand because I did business with them before. I paid in advance.
