The crew came in a bit late because of traffic from East Bay to Palo Alto. However, the manager kept me communicated and provided me with updated ETA. The crew was professional, told me exactly what they plan to do. The seal of our skylight windows worn out and the crew cleaned the roof (including the window), and took picture for showing me the root-cause of the problem. The job is beautifully done. I am very grateful for their service. Will definitely use them again.

We had a leak around a skylight after some recent heavy rain. Fog City came within 2 days and not only repaired/re-caulked the skylight, but also toured our roof and patched any small developing holes in the foam. I really appreciate the proactive effort, this will save me future unexpected leaks (aka $$$) in the future.
