This was the first place I got back to my yoga practice! Such a lovely studio! They have such kind and knowledgeable instructors. The whole place is just so inviting and welcoming!!!! And the owner is First Class ALL THE WAY!!!!

This place is my favorite studio in the Bay Area. The energy there is so great and all the teachers are quite lovely. They offer a bunch of different types of classes which I really like. They also do sound baths and workshops. Definitely recommend.
