I called a couple of days ago to setup an appointment to get my eyebrows done. It was super simple and quick. I haven't actually had my brows shaped in...basically 10 years. I've never been to the Ulta in Alameda, so I arrived a little early. Well I had to walk around the whole store to find the Benefit area (even though it's massive)...for some reason I walked in and turned left and decided to walk around the whole store LOL Anyways, I got to the Benefit Bar area and Alexandra (or Alex) was the person there today. And she was great! She had checked me into the system. Asked me to fill out a form. Asked me various questions about whether or not if ive had a chemical peal, or things related to my skin care routine. She sanitized in between everything. She explained everything she was doing. It was quick and simple. She was very kind. I highly recommend that if you make an appointment, you schedule with Alexandra. I'll definitely be back!
