It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and I think it's because Kalpana was making good conversation with me which made me feel SO comfortable and relaxed. I went back today and same experience! Homegirl got ALL the right hairs that other places usually don't get and paid attention to spots that other places don't usually pay attention to. She did it in less than 10 minutes and puts on a nice cooling moisturizer after. I was in and out, and my face is READY to seize that day and wear makeup that will just lay FLAWLESSLY on my skin. 10/10 recommend“

“Meticulous, thorough and friendly! I went in for a curly cut for my wavy/curly hair, and Jennifer provided the best hair cut I've ever had. I had let her know that I was looking for more volume and to clean up the ends to make my scraggly hair more healthy. However, I didn't want to sacrifice too much length since I'm getting married in a few months. Jennifer listened to every request and delivered beautifully! She was very careful not to take more length than I was comfortable with, and detailed all of my options at every step of the cut. She and her assistant were incredibly detail oriented when it came to walking me through tips and tricks throughout the washing, conditioning and styling processes. Jennifer really goes the extra mile, adding lovely scalp treatments and even demonstrating day 2 refreshing tips on her own hair in vivo.
