I’ve been struggling with my eyelashes lately so while out of town and in Alameda I sought a lash tech that could accommodate my short timing demands and make me feel better about my eyelash situation.Cindy did just that!!She answered my call on the first ring and got me her first available appointment. It was a short 90mins before I was at my appointment in Cindy’s very welcoming and relaxing studio. She completed my service with precision and within my time constraints. Thanks Cindy!!

I had an appointment with Cindy to get my lashes done we had a great conversation she was thorough and informative and anything that I wanted to adjust she was more than gracious to accommodate me, I'm going back to get Japanese manicure with special Holographic-nail polish. One stop shop spa.

I haven't had lash extensions in almost 11 years so this is basically like having it done the first time. I wanted a very simple/ classic looking lashes with wisp. When I reached out to Cindy she immediately called me back and replied. She was communicative, and accommodating. Her studio is inside Elm's beauty salon. Not hard to find if you follow the address on yelp. Inside of her studio, was clean, the bed was comfortable. She had masks on and washed her hands prior to procedure. She explained to me the different types and looks and was very professional. Didn't feel much while she was putting them on. After about an hour and 30 mins. I had lashes the way I wanted them. Price was moderate and be sure to check in on Yelp for a possibility of a discount! Now I'm ready for my Europe trip and attend a wedding! Highly recommend!
