I love taking yoga classes at Symmetry. The space is big and beautiful and welcoming. Plenty of parking, too. So glad they're offering online classes currently. Anne Gregory's classes are the absolute best!! Simultaneously challenging and restorative.

Fantastic yoga studio! I've taken classes with at least 6 teachers, and each one is excellent. Classes tend to be pretty full but in a good way. Parking and check-in are convenient. The studio itself is a loft space (ceilings > 15 feet) so it feels very spacious and airy. There are many classes per day so easy find one that fits my schedule.
Honestly, this is the place to be!
