I'm really disappointed to leave this review, as I was excited to support a Black-owned business and wanted to enjoy my experience here. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected. I arrived at the location at 3:50 PM for my 4:00 PM appointment, only to find that the appointment had been double-booked. The owner, Tera, explained that the other client would need to reschedule. We didn't begin my service until 4:30 PM. Before starting, I confirmed with Tera that I had booked both a lymphatic drainage and microdermabrasion facial. However, she informed me that she wasn't aware I had booked both services and that I would need to return for the lymphatic drainage part. Since I had already driven a long distance, I agreed to proceed with just the microdermabrasion facial. During the treatment, Tera left the room multiple times, touched various surfaces like the curtains and doors, and did not wash her hands before resuming the facial. She also didn't explain any part of the process, which made the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. By the end, my shirt was soaked from product dripping on me, and my face was itchy. I am only giving them three stars instead of one because Tera was kind and did seem knowledgeable about her craft. Hopefully someone else will have a better experience than me!
I injured my shoulder, was at an event recently met Terra. I explained my injury, and she listened, applied a cream , and massaged the back of my shoulder. OMG!!! I was able to sleep peacefully last might. Thanks Terra!!!
I walked into Back 2 Nature in pain I had a Beautiful massage my friend got the facial and we walked out feeling fabulous & blessed by their magical hands. I walked out feeling great no pain they took really good care of me I highly recommend back to nature skin care I and massages. Teresa,
