Joe came and rekeyed all my locks after my kid was robbed at gunpoint for his ebike with his keys (and our house keys on it!) and wallet (with his ID and our address on it!). They were gonna come same day/night but my schedule didn't allow for it and asked for them to come next day and they did. In addition to great service, I had a really good conversation with Joe. Then I told him I needed a total of 6 keys and he didn't have enough, he told me to pop by the shop down the street. Soon as he left, I went and met Chris - stories for dayssss. This place is great!! Went to another place to have four copies of a nmailbox key made. None of the keys worked. Heard of ARS and figured, "what can I lose?"So I had the key duplicated 4 times at ARS.- only one worked. I went back and showed him the keys and told him what happened. He looked at the keys for about 45 seconds, looked up and asked, "The three keys that didn't work wouldn't go into the keyhole, will they?" "No," I said. He said "Wrong blanks, the keys are mirror images of each other". He recut the keys at no additional charge saying the wrong blanks were on the wrong peg. New keys all worked perfectly. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Chris is an awesome guy! We were referred to him after our car key snapped in half and we had to took somewhere else but they weren't able to fix our key. Chris was able to fix it in no time! He's very kind and talkative guy. His dog, Jazzy is adorable and friendly as well. Chris deserves all the praise. Check him out! He's terrific! Wish I could give this guy 10 stars!!!
