Our club has a website that needs a new host site. I described our situation briefly. Ross was able to understand what problem we were facing, state the security issues I was not aware of and offer 4 different options at different price points.Ross was professional, knowledgeable and told me information about our website that I didn't know. Then he outlined the steps I need to take in order to transfer to a new site, which he recommended we do (without his oversight). Been working with Ross and his team for about 2 years to increase our online footprint, and we have definitely seen the results. Our business regularly shows up on the first page of search engines. We track how customers find us, and have noticed a significant increase in people finding us via the internet. Ross is also super easy to work with, and very responsive. We are definitely more technologically-challenged than tech-savvy, yet Ross is always very patient in explaining and advising us about this mysterious world of internet marketing!
