I have been training for a little over 10 years now. When I was first referred this gym, I was reluctant to check it out ( I can be one of those annoying people that will always make an excuse to not try something new). But when I finally came and checked out the space, I was actually very frustrated with myself that I didn’t come sooner! Coming from a bigger gym, and then transitioning into private training gyms, I feel that there is usually a lack of equipment. But Training Grounds literally has everything that I feel I need as a trainer! I had the good fortune of getting paired with Heather at The Training Grounds as my personal trainer, and want to express how incredibly grateful I am for her tutelage, her persistence and her patience with me.When I first met Heather, I was suffering from a painful shoulder joint, I absolutely dreaded the gym, and was very sedentary. My body was in poor shape. 3 months later, Heather has helped me immensely to build up strength in my shoulder, and I am 10 pounds down! I feel great.
