Rebecca did training and socializing while we traveled for 2 weeks and she's a miracle worker and really cares.“

“We have been going to Zoom Room Thousand Oaks for over a year now. With our Australian Cattle dog Zoey. Since the new management we have notice significant improvements with the facility, staff, and training. We just rescued our second puppy Scout and he just started puppy pre school and will continue his training at the Zoom Room. The whole staff is very helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns about your fur baby.“

“Xaviera was extremely helpful with our 4 month old puppy. She came to our house and showed us what to do about every problem we were having. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We went from discouraged to encouraged. I learned a lot of techniques and tricks from Xaviera that I didn’t know before. I took her dog training course through Simi Valley Recreation and Parks and it was excellent as well. She stays after class to answer questions. She is easy to understand and follow. I think she would be helpful to anyone whether beginner or advanced. It is obvious she has been doing this for a long time. I highly recommend.“

“So yes, i do miss Golden spoon with their train themes and actual plastic golden spoons. But the woman informed me its the same exact yogurt & they pile it high all the same! Definitely hard to find considering google maps didn't know their name has changed but I will be back for more! their flavors taste so good. Peanut butter and pistachio are a must!“

“Great little place! They treat my old pet very well, she is 16! They take in the old pets early to ease them from stress, my girl is in and out and always looks beautiful with her little bows. My younger pet goes there too and loves it.“

Also They give me a same day appointment, when I did arrive I did come 30min earlier but I had to wait only 5 min the dr see me. They really care about you and your pet . “The Rattlesnake avoidance class was awesome! It was great to see our dog learn to avoid sight,smell, or sound of the Rattlesnake. He wouldn't get within 10ft of a snake now.“

“I have been coming to CVVH for probably 3 years. My small dog ended up having many issues and had to be brought in and stayed for days for pancreatitis. It ended up to be chronic and all the help and support made it much easier for me to navigate thru to a new normal.Then it came time when my dog was ready to lay her head down for the last time. My feelings over the situation was taken to heart by all Dr Kane and the rest of the staff and I was supported in my decision when to say goodbye.I am excited to start afresh with a familiar medical team to care for my new puppy for years to come.As for prices. I am sure you can find cheaper. But there are places that are astronomically more as well. I find the pricing fair and upfront. I was even charged too much for something and at a future visit I was told I had a credit so my current bill would be less (it happened twice and it was not much … around $9 once and I think $20 the other time … but it was much appreciated)“

“They were very nice, friendly and understanding about a dog food item that had worms and bugs I returned. There was no problem with replacing the food but wanted a different brand so they did that without a problem and I was satisfied.“
