“Johnny gyro has not only changed my 5 year olds life, it has changed my entire familys'. I searched high and low for the right place to start my son in karate as he expressed interested and I didn't want to start him just anywhere. They were immediately responsive and informative off the bat- always a good sign. Over the past three months my son has thrived in the wonderful environment they create. He went once a week and knew NOTHING about karate. To my teach discipline, listening to instructions, patience, teamwork, and confidence. I could never instill these things on my child the way that they do there. My entire family goes to watch his classes and we are all mesmerized and so proud of his work. Every parent is sitting watching the class because everyone is that impressed by the environment. It's amazing to be a piece of this community and see the improvements my son has made both in the classroom and in his personal life outside the studio. The owners are un-beatable. Hard to find people like that in any small business or sport. Highest level kind humans who CARE SO MUCH for what it's worth they also are very organized and communicative which is also so important. He's warm, patient, tailors instruction to individual needs, and his communication skills along with his teaching skills are unprecedented. His genuine investment in each student's progress creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. He has a strong sense of presence while making everyone feel so comfortable. “Great learning environment for both kids and adults. I attend the adult classes and my child attends the kids classes.The adult classes have students who are super competitive and people like me who are more casual and want to just come and learn without participating in competitions. I have found that the GB Agoura professors and coaches are supportive of both types of students.The kids classes are great because the kids have their own fantastic professors and coaches. It seems as though families drive from far away to have their kids learn from the professors who coach at this location. I am constantly encouraging my kid’s school friends to join.“
