After speaking with seven different contractors, I picked Mark Your Local Handyman to redo our deck that was full of dry rot and falling apart. Mark listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with the best cost-effective solutions and even allowed me to do all the painting to save money. Mark's partner, Armando worked on our patio and oversaw his team and kept me apprised of all things he was doing, and got my opinion along the way. They were courteous, professional, and removed all waste and cleaned everything up. My Patio was done on time and looks beautiful. I'm so happy and will recommend them to my friends and look forward to many more projects in the future.

We needed some work done so we could update our flooring. They were ontime, gave me a budget and even went to buy the additional grout needed to complete the job. They also put in a vanity and fixed a leaky faucet. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.
