Absolutely amazing experience. I had a horrible experience with an engineer that didn't know what he was doing and was scamming me. Milad completely saved the project for me and helped me get permitted for a deck I had built. He was there from start to finish and always available For questions. I honestly don't know how he does it. As busy as he is. He explained complex engineering things to me and made it understandable. He has the patience of a saint. I will absolutely work with him again with future projects and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
