“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“Izzy responded immediately when we first contacted him, sent us a proposal with 24 hours, walked us through all of our options, and had us scheduled within a week.
He told us the work (complete HVAC and duct and insulation replacement, including abatement of the rat problem in the attic) could take 4 days. Each day he and his crew showed up early and basically ran everywhere they went. He kept us informed of everything they were doing. They were completely done and cleaned up within 4 hours on day 3.
The installation was very clean and clearly done with care and pride. Professional, easy to communicate with, and conscientious.

“Leaving a review rarely crosses my mind, but today, something happened in the business world that enjoyably stunned me! My journey with ATA began on a positive note. After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. After the procedure was completed, he told me I owed him $125.00 more than what we agreed upon. To make a long story short, he told me sorry, but that is the charge. I didn't want to argue, so I wrote a check for the fee he was asking for. After the incident with the technician, I reached out to the ATA office. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leo, who not only understood my situation but also went above and beyond to resolve it. Despite my insistence on paying the originally agreed-upon fee, Leo insisted on providing the service at no charge, demonstrating the exceptional customer service ATA is known for. As a result, the next time my air or heating is acting up, I will no longer have to spend time looking for a new air conditioning service company; I will call ATA. “My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Heros come out. Justin was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death. I decided it was time to replace it. Justin and his team (Joe and John) were wonderful, they were professional and got the job done. At each step Justin gave me a run down of the items being completed and if I had any questions or concerns he would address them. Also I have to say the customer service is top notch, very responsive. That in my book seals the deal, when a company is that responsive you know they will take care of you.“

“Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Because of your due diligence, I now have the thermostat set at 69 degrees, which is 7 degrees cooler, and my bedroom temperature is perfect! This should help lower my DWP charges as well.
