I called Chris on the Saturday and he answered. He told me how to stop the leak until he could get there on Monday. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. It took them a few hours as they looked at every possible leak in the house; not just the slab. He strategized his next move and showed up with two other very professional plumbers and repiped my whole house in less than 8 hours. Honest, and stuck to his quote! He did a great job! He was great about returning phone calls. He showed up on time. He gave me several options to solve the water heater issue. He was very skilled, and he knew his job. He walked me through everything, and he was great about answering questions! I would recommend him to anyone! We are very happy with the service!
