Super helpful even though I didn't end up purchasing anything. I brought in the original hardware from our 1970s front door, and asked for help picking up replacements. They quickly identified a big problem and took photos to look into solutions. They called me back the next day with helpful info and basically advised me against my plan (which meant they would not make any money off of me). They helped me a lot, for free, and gave me good advice even though it meant they wouldn't make a sale. I'll remember that and be back next time I need lock help!

Absolutely 5 stars, these guys are great! Our front door lock suddenly decided to freeze in the locked position, deadbolt stuck in the frame. I called Agoura Lock & Key. They were very nice and said someone would be out between 4-5pm. I got a call at 3pm from Nick, who said he had finished the previous job sooner than expected and could come now. He arrived on time, & knew exactly what was wrong with the door lock. He fixed it and cleaned up the workings. Nick was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable, and the door is now working beautifully. Highly recommended!

Robert from Lock and Key has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Yesterday, the lock for our door from our living room to our garage locked with no ability to unlock. Trust me, this was an extremely frustrating issue. On short notice, Robert came over and explained everything and did an absolutely wonderful job replacing the lock and cutting keys that supported multiple locks. Not only was he very professional, but pleasant and his costs were entirely reasonable. Although I hope no one has to deal with doors that are unable to unlock, if this happens to you look no further than Robert from Lock and Key... you will be well taken care of. Many thanks, Robert!!
