We have had rat problems in our Woodland Hills home for about two years now and could not figure out why or how they kept getting in. Joey diagnosed the problem and gave us all new clean heating ducts (after the rats had chewed through it) and insulation. He also patched every possible hole and we haven't heard a sound since. Unfortunately I have experienced a water leak showing in the ceiling area of my garage. I reside in a condo complex with shared main plumbing lines. My HOA contracts with MSB for these necessary repairs. I just wanted to submit a quick review/thank you for the professionalism I have witnessed so far in my contacts with MSB. From the first phone call, they have been amazingly responsive. So far, many thanks to Ashley, Daisy, Regina, David and Fernando! I needed a new dentist and read about The Smile Spa. I made a quick appointment and went into a lovely and beautiful office. I realized immediately that the staff was second to none. The young ladies behind the front desk couldn't have been any more professional and friendly. They held my hand throughout the presentation of paperwork I filled out. Next I was seen by a lovely woman who explained everything that was going on with my mouth based on her review of X-rays and looking at my teeth and gums. Joelle Abed Elana's DDS was very thorough and friendly. It was like being with an old friend. She told me both she and her husband, Shawn Nguyen, DDS work side by side and they were both licensed to deliver conscious IV sedation. I was thrilled because she was going to do a deep clean under my gums, place an implant where a tooth had been extracted before COVID-19. She would also give me two crowns where previous crowns were damaged. I was told there probably would be some amount of pain and bleeding after surgery and could last a few days to a week or two. Well I had all of these done and I'm pleased to write that the day of surgery and through the first night and all day the next day I've had zero pain and no bleeding. I was prepared to take Norco, although I don't relish pain medication. Well I haven't even taken a Tylenol and I feel great. Thanks to Drs Joelle and Shawn for their magical dentistry. Thanks also to the entire beautiful staff. They called today to see how I'm doing. They're very attentive and couldn't be more gracious.

I hired New Leaf Remodeling to renovate my primary bed and bath. Bottom line is that they did an amazing job!! This company is owned by a husband and wife team, Ian and Heather. They are both friendly, prompt and go out of their way to help. Ian gave me an accurate and fair estimate which outlined each step of the project. When the project started Ian was there everyday on time and with his crew. They came everyday and worked all day. The crew was friendly and respectful of my home. I was so impressed with the quality of work. The intricate tile work in the shower, the beautiful barn doors and just the overall attention to detail. I can't say how pleased I am that I had the pleasure of working with New Leaf Remodeling. My bedroom and bathroom looks even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I will use them in the future and highly recommended them to anyone.

I've never been so incredibly impressed with an instructor, of any sort. It's been a marvelous experience with Mr. B. He's warm, patient, tailors instruction to individual needs, and his communication skills along with his teaching skills are unprecedented. His genuine investment in each student's progress creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. He has a strong sense of presence while making everyone feel so comfortable. His enthusiasm is extraordinary. Go see for yourself! I just wish there were instructors like him for other sports, arts, and sciences, but a parent can dream. Five stars for a top-notch karate experience.
When my hairstylist began her 4-month-long maternity leave, I dreaded the job of finding someone to cut my very thick, short , weird hair (one size grows straight out, and the other grows straight down.). I considered and contacted 5 salons on Yelp. Swanky Salon owner Melissa, understood my concern best - she responded right away saying she had two stylists who specialize in cutting short hair. Would I like to make an appointment? Well, I just came home delighted with a beautiful cut by Irene. She got me immediately. AND is also such a lovely human being -- just an all round pleasure. And that includes Melissa and the whole staff at Swanky -- I recommend this salon and Irene without reservation!

Just opened at Kanan and Lindero in Sapiente parking lot! Vegan gel manicure (no machine or black light) fantastic! Tons of beautiful colors to choose from. Truly affordable, staff is lovely and owner Helen professional and kind. Dry in 5 minutes and lasts 2 weeks. Tons of easy parking and brand new fresh and clean! As a professional with very little time, they were fast and conscientious about the work. Highly recommend you give this nail salon a try.

Karen is amazing! She literally saved my acne prone skin. I have struggled with stubborn acne for 10+ years, I always assumed that my acne would go away after my teens but it did not. I spent years trying different products but nothing worked. At that point I thought my skin was hopeless but Karen miraculously fixed it. With her years of experience she informed me of all the dos and don’ts for acne prone skin. On top of that I was able to schedule routine facials with her which helped me heal my skin. If you’re struggling with any skin issues I highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

For my first time Brazilian girls, I absolutely recommend this place!! I was so nervous and they made it so comfortable and quick. Minimal pain and I was in and out in 20 min. I booked with Patricia and she was amazing! I will definitely be coming back
Victoria is THE lash master!! A goddess, a real one, a total gem. I am so happy to have found her. Having gorgeous lashes 24/7 is a game changer. I get the "Volume Set" - they are glam but not over the top. I used to get lash extensions back when they first were really popular and I stopped because my real lashes would be gone after the extensions fell out. It was so bad. A few years later I was ready to try again. Found Cry Baby Lashes on Yelp and have never looked back. After getting a full set, I go in for fills every three weeks and honestly they still look fab before the touch up. The retention is unreal! There was a month or two that I couldn't get them done because I was out of town and I was so worried my lashes would be gone and when the extensions grew out, my lashes were so healthy, just like they were before I got them done. V really knows what she's doing and uses high quality products. You can also get other beauty services done with her (facials, wax, brow lift, etc) if you're looking to get more pampered. Cherry on top, Victoria is a fabulous conversationalist - I find myself laughing literally the entire session. Booking appointments is very easy too, I always do it online via square up and pay through venmo. The location has convenient, free parking, and her space gives cozy, cute, & comfortable. I called Chris on the Saturday and he answered. He told me how to stop the leak until he could get there on Monday. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. It took them a few hours as they looked at every possible leak in the house; not just the slab. He strategized his next move and showed up with two other very professional plumbers and repiped my whole house in less than 8 hours. He is very articulate in his plans and precise and efficient in his work. Chris is so effortless to have around. When my neighbor saw who I was using, he said if you were to have asked me for a referral for a plumber, I would have said use Chris Villa Lovos. The trust and confidence I have now with my plumber is so comforting. You just don't know what you are going to get these days and with Chris, you get everything you always wanted in a plumber, contractor or businessman. These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!

Our central vacuum system, which had been running great, was having very low suction and I suspected a clog. In the past I was successful at clearing clogs by using a shop vac to vacuum from the different wall ports, but this time I could not get the clog to clear. I contacted Advanced Homes and scheduled an appt. with Tom. Service Tech Marc (friendly, wore a mask) showed up on time and successfully cleared the clog within the 1-hour time frame covered by the original estimate, made sure our hoses were clog-free, and tightened some fittings on the canister. The service call isn't cheap however their pricing is in line with other estimates I received, and more importantly, they did the job right and got it done quickly. This is a good company and has a lot of experience with central vacuum systems, they're my go-to if any issues arise.
I have been a customer for many years. great service and competitive pricing. On a recent service call for another matte, Mitch noticed that one of the hvac units that he installed a couple years ago was too loud. The noise had always bothered me but I didn't realize it was malfunctioning. Mitch noticed the proble, recalled that he installed the unit, knew that the unit was under warranty, and replaced the compressor at no charge. Amazing. He's the best!!

I found Gil on yelp and invited him to bid on our 2 bathroom remodel project. He was honest and communicative from the start. We had multiple bids and he was the only one supporting permitting the project. He broke everything down cost wise and gave us a timeframe. Many projects we have done in the past seemed to drag on but not with Gil. His team led by Sammy is amazing. They are all very friendly and understand that a remodel can be stressful for the home owners. They do their best to put you at ease and answer any questions. We knew we had plumbing issues and when they found the issue they brought a bigger crew and worked long on Saturday to get it done. They were able to pull off the fix and keep our only other bathroom in working order, which was a huge feat given they share the same plumbing lines. The project came out amazing in the end and we will definitely be using Gil and his team for future projects. We have already referred him to multiple friends who were blown away by the before and after. Thank you Gil, Sammy and Team!

Lisa is incredible. I've never felt so comfortable in the hands of a chiropractor (or really many other doctors or health care practitioners). She was in tune with my needs and made me feel at ease from the very first visit. I came in with significant low back/hip pain and she took a gentle approach that still had me more mobile immediately and consistently free of pain in weeks. I can't put my finger on what one thing it is but her office and demeanor just put me right at ease. She uses techniques that aren't jarring. I cannot recommend her enough. I am so lucky to have found her!

This is a clean and excellent studio offering a variety of classes. My favorites are Drorit’s classes, they are the perfect way to start your day! The location is also fantastic, with plenty of parking available.
FOY WELLNESS is awesome in so many ways. The staff is outstanding from every aspect. The therapy is beyond measure. They taught me a lot about myself well helped me realize more about myself than I thought was possible. They helped me get through the trauma as a child as a man and the trauma I put myself through. I'm addict in recovery and they helped the process gave me the foundation that I very much needed and didn't think I deserved. They helped me through that. If it wasn't for the staff every last one of them I wouldn't be able to hold my head up high today. I have no financial gain from this review I'm stating my truth. I love each staff member as family because in my mind, body, and spirit they are family.
I love this place! I still feel amazing after my class today. The studio is so clean and beautiful. The moist heat was perfect. The fellow yogis were amazing. Everyone is friendly and so kind. Jaqueline is fabulous, she has created this magical sanctuary for all of us to enjoy. I am thrilled to have this new place to practice.

Five stars, no doubt! I had fallen out of my fitness routine and was feeling weaker than I had in my adult life. With zero experience in Pilates (but having heard great things about the benefits), I set out on a round of trials with my best (and more experienced!) friend. She and I both chose to sign up for the annual membership here and I’m confident that I made the right choice, for several reasons. Staff is awesome and always warm and helpful. The teachers at Formation are great. They’re knowledgeable and professional, and after months of taking classes with each of them, I really appreciate the collective rounding of the teaching staff. I can see clearly that no matter your fitness goals, there is enough variation in style and intensity that this studio is sure to help you fulfill them. The number of classes offered daily is a huge advantage and the studio itself is fantastic. I’ve been practicing there five times a week for nearly five months now, it remains very challenging—even hard for me on some days, but the proof is in the pudding I am extremely happy with what Formation classes are doing for my body and my mind. I highly recommend this business and practice.

I love this place! It is clean and so amazing! I always leave feeling refreshed and loose! I used to spend $140/hour (+tip) at a massage place and it was not half as good as here, it just had an "atmosphere" on the beach in Laguna. Here they have a nice, comfortable atmosphere (I mean what more do you need when your eyes are closed anyway?)
