Unfortunately I have experienced a water leak showing in the ceiling area of my garage. I reside in a condo complex with shared main plumbing lines. My HOA contracts with MSB for these necessary repairs. I just wanted to submit a quick review/thank you for the professionalism I have witnessed so far in my contacts with MSB. From the first phone call, they have been amazingly responsive. So far, many thanks to Ashley, Daisy, Regina, David and Fernando! I am hopeful that as this process continues, I will continue to be assisted by superb MSB employees.
I had such a pleasant experience here. I recently left my last dentist and was looking for a place that listened to me and my needs. The space is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the doctor is very knowledgable and personable. They have the most cutting edge technology as well. I'm very happy I found this place and I look forward to continuing to go each year.

I've never been so incredibly impressed with an instructor, of any sort. It's been a marvelous experience with Mr. B. He's warm, patient, tailors instruction to individual needs, and his communication skills along with his teaching skills are unprecedented. His genuine investment in each student's progress creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. He has a strong sense of presence while making everyone feel so comfortable. His enthusiasm is extraordinary. Go see for yourself! I just wish there were instructors like him for other sports, arts, and sciences, but a parent can dream. Five stars for a top-notch karate experience.
Johnny gyro has not only changed my 5 year olds life, it has changed my entire familys'. I searched high and low for the right place to start my son in karate as he expressed interested and I didn't want to start him just anywhere. They were immediately responsive and informative off the bat- always a good sign. Over the past three months my son has thrived in the wonderful environment they create. He went once a week and knew NOTHING about karate. To my teach discipline, listening to instructions, patience, teamwork, and confidence. I could never instill these things on my child the way that they do there. My entire family goes to watch his classes and we are all mesmerized and so proud of his work. Every parent is sitting watching the class because everyone is that impressed by the environment. It's amazing to be a piece of this community and see the improvements my son has made both in the classroom and in his personal life outside the studio. The owners are un-beatable. Hard to find people like that in any small business or sport. Highest level kind humans who CARE SO MUCH for what it's worth they also are very organized and communicative which is also so important. When my hairstylist began her 4-month-long maternity leave, I dreaded the job of finding someone to cut my very thick, short , weird hair (one size grows straight out, and the other grows straight down.). I considered and contacted 5 salons on Yelp. Swanky Salon owner Melissa, understood my concern best - she responded right away saying she had two stylists who specialize in cutting short hair. Would I like to make an appointment? Well, I just came home delighted with a beautiful cut by Irene. She got me immediately. AND is also such a lovely human being -- just an all round pleasure. And that includes Melissa and the whole staff at Swanky -- I recommend this salon and Irene without reservation!

I love that this salon moved to this new space! Its open, light, airy, and modern. I had my hair done by Megan and I couldnt be happier. She did exactly what I asked which isn't always the case with hair no matter the photos or descriptions you give. My hair turned out beautifully, feels even better - I'm so happy I made the switch from my last stylist who just wasn't cutting it.
Every time I get my haircut I feel great thanks to everyone there. My grand kids and my son get their cuts here too and we all love the staff.
Tired of the salon for so many reasons. I found Raul's to be such a fortunate experience. As an aging man with thinning hair, everyone would cut my hair unevenly. Not Raul, working in a timely efficacy he covers all the bases as a skilled expert would. Super clean space with a warm welcoming vibe. He is a true professional who cares about his work and the relationship with his customers a forgotten art form. I highly recommend him for those wanting to look their best.

I have been visiting Deja Nail Spa for several months and I'm so pleased to write a review for them! Every person I have encountered has been so nice and so accommodating. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I get a gel pedicure that costs $50 which feels very reasonable to me. If you are looking for a new nail salon I definitely recommend Deja!

Karen is amazing! She literally saved my acne prone skin. I have struggled with stubborn acne for 10+ years, I always assumed that my acne would go away after my teens but it did not. I spent years trying different products but nothing worked. At that point I thought my skin was hopeless but Karen miraculously fixed it. With her years of experience she informed me of all the dos and don’ts for acne prone skin. On top of that I was able to schedule routine facials with her which helped me heal my skin. If you’re struggling with any skin issues I highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Victoria is THE lash master!! A goddess, a real one, a total gem. I am so happy to have found her. Having gorgeous lashes 24/7 is a game changer. I get the "Volume Set" - they are glam but not over the top. I used to get lash extensions back when they first were really popular and I stopped because my real lashes would be gone after the extensions fell out. It was so bad. A few years later I was ready to try again. Found Cry Baby Lashes on Yelp and have never looked back. After getting a full set, I go in for fills every three weeks and honestly they still look fab before the touch up. The retention is unreal! There was a month or two that I couldn't get them done because I was out of town and I was so worried my lashes would be gone and when the extensions grew out, my lashes were so healthy, just like they were before I got them done. V really knows what she's doing and uses high quality products. You can also get other beauty services done with her (facials, wax, brow lift, etc) if you're looking to get more pampered. Cherry on top, Victoria is a fabulous conversationalist - I find myself laughing literally the entire session. Booking appointments is very easy too, I always do it online via square up and pay through venmo. The location has convenient, free parking, and her space gives cozy, cute, & comfortable. I called Chris on the Saturday and he answered. He told me how to stop the leak until he could get there on Monday. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. It took them a few hours as they looked at every possible leak in the house; not just the slab. He strategized his next move and showed up with two other very professional plumbers and repiped my whole house in less than 8 hours. He is very articulate in his plans and precise and efficient in his work. Chris is so effortless to have around. When my neighbor saw who I was using, he said if you were to have asked me for a referral for a plumber, I would have said use Chris Villa Lovos. The trust and confidence I have now with my plumber is so comforting. You just don't know what you are going to get these days and with Chris, you get everything you always wanted in a plumber, contractor or businessman. These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!

The quality of a contractor can make or break your project and your wallet! Mackey construction not only stayed on schedule and on budget but delivered amazing quality and craftsmanship along with weekly updates and pictures of the progress. The communication was outstanding which is so important in this process. They even communicated well with our neighbors who let us know how nice they were! Mitchell was given to me by my contractor when I was remodeling my home. He did a great job and explained everything to me and advice on how to keep it in tip top condition for wear and tear. 6 yrs later, I just reached out to mitchell about the ac not working. He got back to me very quickly and sent a crew out. Whatever it was they fixed it and my home will be very cool this hot summer. His response time, crew and prices are excellent!! Highly recommend.

Our central vacuum system, which had been running great, was having very low suction and I suspected a clog. In the past I was successful at clearing clogs by using a shop vac to vacuum from the different wall ports, but this time I could not get the clog to clear. I contacted Advanced Homes and scheduled an appt. with Tom. Service Tech Marc (friendly, wore a mask) showed up on time and successfully cleared the clog within the 1-hour time frame covered by the original estimate, made sure our hoses were clog-free, and tightened some fittings on the canister. The service call isn't cheap however their pricing is in line with other estimates I received, and more importantly, they did the job right and got it done quickly. This is a good company and has a lot of experience with central vacuum systems, they're my go-to if any issues arise.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jack and his practice. It's rare to find a doctor this exceptional. His bedside manner is outstanding, and even though I moved 30 minutes away, I still come back to his clinic. I have been to many chiropractors, but Dr. Jack's establishment is by far the best I have ever experienced.
Dr. Jack has helped me through numerous back problems. When my wife and I were expecting our baby, Dr. Jack's adjustments helped turn the baby in preparation for delivery. When our newborn was sleeping in a concerning way, Dr. Jack was there to make adjustments so our baby could grow up strong. Now, my son is 10 years old and recently got a stiff neck from karate. Dr. Jack helped get him back on the mat, and my son was so grateful that he hugged Dr. Jack after the appointment. Dr. Jack is a class act. I would go every day if I could.
Additionally, Dr. Jack's office accepts insurance, making it easier and more affordable to get the care you need. This convenience, combined with his exceptional service, sense of humor and attention to the care of his patients, makes Dr. Jack the best chiropractor I've ever encountered.

This is a clean and excellent studio offering a variety of classes. My favorites are Drorit’s classes, they are the perfect way to start your day! The location is also fantastic, with plenty of parking available.
FOY WELLNESS is awesome in so many ways. The staff is outstanding from every aspect. The therapy is beyond measure. They taught me a lot about myself well helped me realize more about myself than I thought was possible. They helped me get through the trauma as a child as a man and the trauma I put myself through. I'm addict in recovery and they helped the process gave me the foundation that I very much needed and didn't think I deserved. They helped me through that. If it wasn't for the staff every last one of them I wouldn't be able to hold my head up high today. I have no financial gain from this review I'm stating my truth. I love each staff member as family because in my mind, body, and spirit they are family.

Five stars, no doubt! I had fallen out of my fitness routine and was feeling weaker than I had in my adult life. With zero experience in Pilates (but having heard great things about the benefits), I set out on a round of trials with my best (and more experienced!) friend. She and I both chose to sign up for the annual membership here and I'm confident that I made the right choice, for several reasons. Staff is awesome and always warm and helpful. The teachers at Formation are great. They're knowledgeable and professional, and after months of taking classes with each of them, I really appreciate the collective rounding of the teaching staff. I can see clearly that no matter your fitness goals, there is enough variation in style and intensity that this studio can is sure to help you fulfill them. The number of classes offered daily is a huge advantage and the studio itself is fantastic. I've been practicing there five times a week for nearly five months now, it remains very challenging--even hard for me on some days, but the proof is in the pudding I am extremely happy with what Formation classes are doing for my body and my mind. I highly recommend this business and practice.

I love this place! It is clean and so amazing! I always leave feeling refreshed and loose! I used to spend $140/hour (+tip) at a massage place and it was not half as good as here, it just had an "atmosphere" on the beach in Laguna. Here they have a nice, comfortable atmosphere (I mean what more do you need when your eyes are closed anyway?)
