“I like to give businesses a second chance (because everyone has an 'off day'). I went back yesterday, and it was a pleasure. The aesthetician did a wonderful job in cleaning, exfoliating/scrubbing, and massaging my feet and legs. I had a really nice experience on the massage chairs as well. Great service and I love the ways my toes look ? Will be back for a shellac pedicure.

First Visit Review:

I went here a few weeks ago to get a full service shellac pedicure. It wasn't really relaxing at all. I felt my service was too fast. I didn't get to soak my feet in the water for more than 5 minutes, the bottoms of my feet were not exfoliated, the paraffin wax was too hot and it wasn't moved around to reach every inch of my feet (it stayed near the bottom of the bag). Overall, it was really disappointing.

After receiving a Google response from the owner stating to call her, I tried calling her twice and my number was taken down but I never received a phone call back... I'm not sure how this customer service is better than my initial visit :(“
