“Marcus came even sooner than promised to check out and quote the replacement of a leaky roof. He was very straight forward and honest with options and pricing was reasonable. Timeline was fantastic. His crew was efficient, respectful and knowledgeable and worked around the limitations of contents of the job and all my kid stuff around. They went over and above even fixing a secondary issue that they hadn’t originally spoken about fixing as well as telling me how I can prolong the life of the roof that I had no idea about. I also loved that they were local and understood what the roof needed because of the high winds and rain in White Rock. “Busy Boys has just finished re-doing our roof and it's an excellent job. From start to finish, it has been a well done job. We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail. We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top. Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day. We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand. I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently. We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been. A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of. On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it. To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice. It is always a treat to deal with good people and Mike and his crew were definitely that. Job Well done - thank you so much for that“

“The investigator set up an estimate for the whole damaged cedar roof and gutters immediately. He called the cedar roof specialist to finish the job excellently within three work days. Today it is raining heavy, so we are keeping an eye on leaks from the the gutter. so it is still premature to tell for today. However, we are really pleased by that good company service. “

Paul provided a competitive quote and started immediately on the project. “We got Satpal to do our roof. He and his team did a great job. We had a standing seam metal roof 12" roof installed. The roof costed $25k. It was money well spent. The roof should last us for 50+ years. We won't have to worry about the roof for a long time. Satpal made sure everything was done right and was done properly. Unfortunately when he was removing the old roof, we found out the old roof (who was done by another roofer in the past) was mopped to the deck. It was sad because that costed us a few extra $$$$ to remove the old roof completely. We needed to sand the deck and install new boards on top to insure the integrity of the new roof. Satpal communicated all issues to us very well. He was honest to tell us that our roof had built in drains already and we didn't need to spend extra to get a new drain put in because it was not needed. Before going to SPS Roofing, we did get a few quotes from other roofers. We found SPS contract straight to the point and was able to start very soon. Also, we chose SPS because Satpal responded quickly by email or phone. SPS charges market. I highly recommend using SPS.“
