The lobby is spacious. I paid in advance and got Japanese candies before leaving. There are many types of complimentary candies, plus colourful suckers at the lobby's desk. Credit cards seem to be accepted but cash or debit is preferred by masseuses. I've only been there once. A young, friendly Japanese masseuse treated me. Coco speaks some english and apparently came from Tokyo, Japan about two years ago to White Rock. Women would have no interest in this spa. There is attractive decor, only inside, not outside. The foreign-born masseuses encourage men to come, apparently expecting large tippers.
