Called at 830 for a water heater replacement. There was no answer so I hung up and tried somewhere else. Soon after, Carol called back based on the missed call and got rolling on the issue. Within 30 minutes she had confirmed that our tank was under warranty and had scheduled the replacement by Jake later that day. It was all done very professionally. Meanwhile, 5 days later, I am still getting credit card authorization emails from their competitor, whose dispatcher never did call me. Go with Wedgeview!
As a vacation rental owner, having plumbing issues is problematic for guests arriving day to day. Wedgeview saved the day as they were so responsive and able to get a plumber out to my vacation rental asap, I didn't have to worry about displeasing guests.
