Our hot water tank stopped working unexpectedly one day. We called Spearhead and they had a technician out to our house the next day. Ed was very helpful in communicating with us the whole time. He needed to order a part, but made it clear that there may be a bigger problem that the replacement part might not solve. Being transparent helped us plan for potential additional costs and reduced our stress. Thankfully the new part fixed the problem.
We needed a new frost free hose bib installed after a winter blowout. Normally this is something I could do, but given the way the installation was done from the crawlspace and the need to open the drywall, it was beyond my ability.
Angus reviewed the job and gave me two clear options. We chose the more comprehensive option to allow future access to the connection and then closed the drywall with a clean cover for future. Happy with the job from Angus.
We had a strange odor plaguing our office for months, and several plumbing companies came and went, giving up on finding the source. Spearhead took the project to heart, sent Angus to my rescue, brought in a smoke machine twice and managed to find the source of the odor after much investigation. Throughout the process, Angus was professional, friendly and undaunted.
