We brought our dog with us and the suite came with treats, dog bowls and a dog blanket. Our dog was very happy :-). This hotel is located in an excellent location. We walked everywhere for shopping and dining. Some easy trails such as the Whistler Village Trail is only a 10 minute walk away. We had a great time. Will definitely come back.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in April 2026. We had a suite on the 8th floor - a sitting area with a kitchenette, fridge & stove, a separate bedroom and a balcony.
Positives - room and location. The suite was nice, neat and clean, serviced daily, very good quality toiletries, nice clean and comfortable. Great view of the mountains from the room. Great location right in the village centre with gondolas, ski access points in 5-15 min walking distance. The bus stops and pick-up points of major tour buses and shuttles are also in 5-10 min walking distance. The Village Centre has great restaurants.

Great hotel for skiing or simply a nice getaway. Stayed for 1 night from April 18-19, and the service is top notch. We were upgraded from the studio suite to the larger 1 bedroom suite as Pan Pacific Discovery members, and the room is everything you'd expect for a high-end hotel in the Whistler village. The decor and furniture is somewhat dated. The room was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Free breakfast for all hotel guests is a huge bonus in terms of the value aspect compared to other similarly priced hotels in the Whistler main village area.
