Brought my 2 year old son in today, big line up 15 minutes before clinic opened but to be expected when it’s the only walk in clinic now.Receptionist Courtney was friendly and kind.2 hour wait, saw Dr. Francis who was so good with my son.Thank you for still being a walk in clinic.

I have been a client of West Kelowna Medical Clinic for 10 yrs plus. During this time I have found the Staff & Dr's to very pleasant & courteous! I give the staff a full 5 star thumbs up! Keep up the great work!
