Terri in W.Kelowna is the best I've had in over 20yrs. She knows how to handle my hair, and gives the impression it's easy for her. No matter what hair cut I ask for, it always turns out better than I could of expected. The 5 stars couldn't begin to cover the loyalty she's earned from me in the last 2yrs. It might sound selfish, but I'm going to dread her retiring! If that day ever arrives, as it took so long for me to find her...I don't know how many ways to say my thanks
